Sarah will challenge programmed habits and encourage clarity, intensity of movement and, through being absorbed in the demands of the movements, the capacity to be ‘in the moment’.

This workshop offers musicians the opportunity to learn Arabic music with acknowledged Masters of Egyptian Baladi.
Recommended for musicians with a good level of instrumental facility. No experience of Arabic or Egyptian music necessary. Expected to learn by ear. Bring your own instruments. Most instruments welcome but tell us which instrument you play when booking.
